Helps to maintain a better posture with less effort, my back becomes less tired but if it last a lot with the position it can be somewhat tired for the shoulders since the elastics of the suspenders are marked, It can also be somewhat tired to preen it a lot of the abdominal tape since it is at the height of the stomach but in general it is more comfortable to have the help for the back, I recommend buying it if you are an office worker and will say a lot of time sitting or if you need a reminder to maintain a better posture.
